Made In Philly and its brands maintain the highest levels of quality and service. Your shipment is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging and shipping protect your order, even in warmer climates. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please Contact Us within 3 business days to explain the problem. We will promptly contact you to resolve the problem.
Please do not throw the product away until you have talked with us. UPS may need to see any damages. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package.
Flat Rate Shipping
Made In Philly is pleased to partner with UPS to provide a variety of shipping methods to meet your time and budget needs. Our long-standing partnership enables us to pass along to you flat rate fees based upon the shipping method and destination. (Continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada have additional fees beyond our control.) Flat rate options include Ground, Air, Next Day Air Saver and 2-Day Air in eligible areas.
Made In Philly periodically will offer Free Ground Shipping as part of a limited time promotion. We understand that not all areas of the country can receive a fresh shipment via Ground Shipping so we are pleased to offer that same dollar value towards the shipping method of your choice (Air, Next Day Air Saver, etc).
Many of the products that are available via Made In Philly are perishable and are required to be shipped frozen. UPS is our primary partner for shipping. Ground shipping is available for much of the Midwest, South, and East Coast for Wed-Friday cost-saving delivery. We also offer Next Day Air-Saver and Next Day Air shipping options to meet your needs for priority deliveries. UPS Ground and UPS Air Saver shipping methods cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday if the product is perishable. UPS Air is available for Saturday delivery in urban areas. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about Saturday delivery for a UPS Air package. For orders outside of the continental United States, please contact us for custom pricing.
We ask that you open the order immediately upon receipt and thaw promptly, or keep frozen for later enjoyment. Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to product spoilage, which Made In Philly cannot assume responsibility. All products delivered in a timely manner will be assumed delivered fresh and of acceptable quality. Please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery to advise of any issues or concerns.
If you use UPS My Choice and change the delivery address after your package has been shipped/while it is in transit, we are not responsible for any thawing/spoilage that may be caused by amended delivery times.
Orders submitted by midnight EST may be eligible to be shipped out the next day or an elected future date.
For gift orders please ensure intended recipients are made aware of package deliveries. All packaging is marked “Perishable, Will Spoil Overnight.”
We ship nearly all of our food items via UPS.* Our perishable items can be sent via UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2-Day Ground with extra dry ice to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping rates are based solely on the item(s) that are being shipped and the location they are to be delivered. We pass along savings that we receive from UPS to ensure that you can ship our products at the lowest possible rate. Shipping rates are subject to change based on the real-time rates that are published by UPS.
* Shipping to military bases and gift cards will default to delivery via USPS in order to pass along the cost savings. If timing is an issue, UPS is an option for an additional fee.
Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled ship day. Orders scheduled to ship the same day they are placed can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. After this the product is committed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been committed to any point in the delivery process. Orders cannot be cancelled because the recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
